I decided to put this shipping label in my books so that others will not feel as overwhelmed with using their Essential Oils. Please share with anyone that you think would find this helpful. Ok so I have a measuring problem. I really prefer to not have to do it at all. So I decided to make some eggplant Parmesean without measuring anything. The best part? It turned out amazing!
-I used 1 large organic eggplant
-2 organic eggs beaten
-A plateful of breadcrumbs
-A bottle of organic tomato and basil pasta sauce (trader joes)
– cut up mozzarella (I used string cheese)
-parmesean cheese grated
I cut my eggplant, dredged it in egg, then bread crumbs. Then I pan fried them to brown them in a little olive oil.
I took a 9×13 pan and covered the bottom of the pan with the pasta sauce. I placed the fried eggplant in the pan.
I put mozzarella and parmesean cheese on top. Covered it all with a little more sauce and crushed oregano and cooked for about 25 minutes at 375 degrees.
So fantastic! Enjoy!

Who’s that? The person who introduced you to oils and is your personal resource. Drop them a line. Essential oils are awesome, but at first it’s a little overwhelming, so instead of giving all of those oil points away to someone you don’t know by buying off Amazon, not to mention not getting a product straight from the company itself is a bit of a gamble. I have heard many encounters of diluted products being sent out from outlets such as these.
